Nodevers ("we") provides a customer-relationship platform that lets businesses manage leads, WhatsApp conversations, Meta ads results and automations. This policy explains what data we process and why.

Who controls the data

Each business that uses Nodevers (a "workspace") controls the data of its own customers. We process that data only on the business's instructions to provide the service.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email address and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider).
• Business data entered by users: leads, contact details, notes, pipeline stages, templates and settings.
• WhatsApp data: when a business connects its WhatsApp Business number, we receive and store messages sent to and from that number, the sender's phone number and profile name, and delivery status, so the business can reply from its inbox.
• Meta / Facebook data: if a business connects Meta Ads or lead forms, we receive lead form answers and ad performance figures for that business's own accounts.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

Only to run the service for the business: show and organise leads, send and receive WhatsApp messages the business asks us to send, run the automations it sets up, and show reports. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with Supabase (database, authentication and file storage) in the Mumbai, India region. Access tokens for WhatsApp are stored on the server only and are never shown in the browser.

Who can see it

Only people the business has invited to its workspace, according to their role. Row-level security keeps every workspace separate. Service providers (Supabase, Meta) process data only to deliver the service.

How long we keep it

As long as the business keeps its workspace. When a business deletes its workspace or asks us to, we delete its data within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. If you are a customer of a business that uses Nodevers, please contact that business first; you can also write to us and we will help. See Data deletion.
